While exploring the lovely Love Valley sim, we stumbled upon this beautiful ballroom, and had to swirl around a bit
A photo I took on a walk trough the forest here in Zürich during heavy snowing. I liked how those two trees looked a bit like they were hugging each other in the snow, while the thinner one still has some orange leaves, giving the image some colour as it is otherwise rather desaturated. If you zoom in you can also see all the snow that was blown into the image from the right by a bit of wind.
Mostly Mexican Hat plants in the TWU Butterfly Garden. The rain stopped today. We will have sunny days coming this week, finally.
Every year I celebrate the return of certain insects. Boxelder bugs are some of my favorite critters with their red eyes and ability to stink if crushed. Given that I've always had an appreciation of small creatures, I'm always pleased to find them scurrying up and down the flowers in my garden. Hooray for Summer and little friends!

Mid-day view on the way up. Also, do not fret, I made sure to appropriately step aside or to make sure no one was approaching when I stopped for even the quickest photo 😄

*Working Towards a Better World
I personally feel that if If we learn to embrace our differences we can appreciate our world better and acquire more knowledge and understanding through sharing and caring, so let us begin here!
There is a big difference between a hug and an embrace. A hug is a mere act - a way of greeting one another, but an embrace is an intentional conversation between two souls.
With one embrace you can say to someone...
I accept you
I love you
I adore you
I see you
I support you
I AM YOURS
When I started to embrace myself with an open heart and mind, I then learn how to embrace others without restriction.
Today...Embrace someone
With June being Pride month and the recent news of the children’s remains found at a Canadian residential school, there is no better time than now to embrace all kinds of differences in our world. Why do we need to change people? We need to learn to live with our differences respectfully. I chose a few of the remaining tulips in my garden to create this Still Life for Sliders Sunday. Embrace differences! It makes our world more colourful!
it's a good thing to challenge one's most dearly held beliefs by at least examining alternate points of view.
We cling to our own point of view, as though everything depended on it. Yet our opinions have no permanence; like autumn and winter, they gradually pass away. -- Zhuangzi

ALRIGHT FINE, I'M DUMPING ALL THE TOILET HUMOUR.
I know it's really hard to hold it in, but just a few more days and you'll be able to unload your wallets all over the place at Engine Room. I believe in you.
Pass the time you're stuck here by checking out some of the fun stuff you can get here in the meantime, though. It'll be opening on the 20th of March and you'll be relieved to know you've got a month to do your business.
Yeesh, I'm pooped.
