Two shells from a resale shop. I've been playing with backgrounds. This one is pastel, sealed in with acrylic gel medium. The squares are from an old dictionary, painted with sepia ink, stamped, and faded in places with bleach.

Ingredients for a Favorite Recipe
About this time of year, my family would have a family picnic in the park near where my grandparents lived. Grandma would make potato salad with homemade mayonnaise and my mother would make her Waldorf Salad.
I made my own version of Mom's Waldorf salad today and reminisced.
EDM Draw something Dad. This is drawn from a photo of my dad that would have been taken just before my parents were married in the 1960's. One of my strong memories of my dad during his life is him working on cars and wearing his mechanics overalls.
Mum , apologies for the lack of likeness in his face, but the sentiment is there from me!

Of course the paintbrush is my favorite item with a handle! Watercolor and Pigma Micron in the Moleskine.
Haven't done an EDM challenge for a long time but couldn't resist this one!!!
Using my inktense... they are wonderful but will take a bit of time to get used to which colour to use - plus I love keeping my pencils in order and so it is rather tedious putting them away after use!

Contained in his beautiful eyes was love and adoration for his human family.
I realize I don't do edms often or I should say I don't "intentionally" do them often. But with all the drawing I do I realized that a lot of what I've drawn are edms. I did this from:

Such an adorable dog.
Started out with watercolour, then finished off with color pencils.
