You'll have to excuse the neon technicolor lighting (dusk shot from inside a car with a camera phone makes for interesting color) but, yes, that is a purple Mercedes.
My personal highlights from this years show - Press launches, long awaited releases and some of my favourite design details from the opening press day in Geneva.
These "grab an object" assignments are so difficult for me since the kiddos cannot be kept from them and getting a moment without the kids to shoot is near high to impossible.
These are caterpillars my mom and oldest son made together out of a cut up paper egg carton, pipe cleaners, googly eyes, paint and puff balls. It's so cute!
The caterpillars were on a paper plate precariously perched atop my sofa so I could make the best use of light.
Again, time was on my side. I did do another experiment where I paid more attention to aperture, however I didn't get three photos fired off before my youngest son was grabbing at my object. Sigh.
