De Second Skin van Rene Siebum is niet zomaar een kast, het is een boekenkast en lamp in één, geïnspireerd op de oude Japanse architectuur waarin ruimtes zo gebouwd werden dat ze aangepast konden worden aan de activiteit die er plaatsvond. In de kast kan je je helemaal afsluiten doordat er een aparte ruimte is gecreëerd waar je in alle rust kunt lezen of werken.
