For National Puppy Day. Duke was my dad's hunting dog and I was pretty smitten with him. The photo has helped kept my memory of him alive. Credits: Anita - Frothy Cream and Calico.
After our year-long circumnavacation, we settled down in Durham, NC for my two-year masters degree. I am very excited and happy to be pursuing something that satisfies me intellectually in a great environment. Durham is definitely on the smaller side of cities and towns, but we are still enjoying the process of exploring and learning about our new home.
I think this was taken at Bescot open day in 1990, but not 100% certain. The Duke looking immaculate as usual - we used to get through a fair bit of car polish and Brasso at these events! Kev and me pose for the photo early evening, just before we went to for a well earned pint if I remember correctly!
The last photograph of the Duke of Burgundy butterflies.
I am currently rearing Buff-tip, Eyed Hawkmoth, Puss moth, Vapourer moth, Tree of Heaven Silkmoth and Emperor moths. I will upload some pics in a couple of days. :)
Probably the only picture I've ever taken of Duke girls partying, including my years as an undergrad there (1993-97)

In Royal Exchange Square outside the Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art and forming an end to Ingram Street is an equestrian statue of the Duke of Wellington by Italian artist Carlo Marochetti, erected in 1844. Capping the statue with a traffic cone has become a traditional practice in the city, claimed to represent the humour of the local population and believed to date back to the first half of the 1980s if not before. The statue is a Category-A listed monument and due to minor damage and the potential for injury that the placing of cones involves, the practice has been discouraged by Glasgow City Council and Strathclyde Police in recent years.
A fine jam indeed...name swap with Phed, dropping my first character in 20 years (far left) and my first Bode ever. Cheech Wizard by Duke from Dudley.

The original XBox controller was designed by people with hands, unfortunately, those hands were the size of Andre the Giant’s. This thing is big and heavy. Easily frustrated people should avoid using this controller, because it is likely to cause severe damage to anything it hits when thrown.
