After several failed attempts to get anywhere near these birds by walking across the moor, noticed that they were not at all peturbed by passing cars. So wound down the window and got a drive by shot.

"Mulholland Drive" Session
(more to come...)
I've shot all the session having the David Lynch's Mulholland drive movie in mind. All this pictures are the result of it.
All my thanks to Camilla the most patient girl of this part of the universe.
I noticed that there is a "for sale" sign in front of the drive in outside of Logansport so I figured I better stop and take some pictures before some one turns it into a flea market!
There were 5 deer by the road on the way home from work. I stopped, rolled down my window, and got a couple of quick shots of the one deer that hesitated before taking off. Then a truck came up behind me, and I had to move. sigh...
Below is the getaway shot.
About eight months ago, I decided to undergo the small task of redesigning the tiles for a not-so-well-known game called Drive. It took me a full twenty-five minutes, because I'm just that awesome.
Where the S-curve used to be on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. I believe the dome there is a swimming pool & fitness area. East of Millennium Park.

Although it looks like it's in need of some repair, this old drive-in theater is still alive and kicking and looks well taken care of and treasured.
Grüner See, Tragöss, Steiermark, Austria
I "had to" take my Mom's car out for a drive and ended up at this place.
The area is known as "Grüner See" or "Green Lake", famous for it's... well... green lake. Somebody must have been thinking very hard to come up with that name me thinks... LOL.
It's also famous for it's hiking trails and there's even a trail that lets you walk around the lake. The trail on the east side of the lake is rather narrow and rocky, but I chose this one as it offered the better views of the lake and the mountains. I must have looked rather silly with my tripod in hand climbing over rocks and trying not to fall over roots etc. But at least I wasn't wearing sandals...
If you have a moment, have a look at the view on black. Spot the bench and also the trail (or a short part of it) leading around the lake.

Poznan, Poland
Outside of Wilson park Poznan. Spent the afternoon walking around, enjoying the snowfall on this day. This was before Christmas and was the first real snow of the season. Not yet as cold either. This is just outside of a lovely little park here in Poznan, Park Wilson.
If you ever drive in Poland, remember lights are required to be on at all times FYI....its the law!
