My second (and probably last) entry into the iron forge. The ballerina costume using the legs idea came about after a long while staring thoughtfully at the pieces. The bag was just a quick add-on at the end though I think it works pretty well.

Another Jamie Oliver inspired meal, though not completely cribbed from him. The boiled wholegrain rice he can't claim, but the Yemeni spiced "Sizzling Lamb Lollipops" come straight from his Jamie's Great Britain book. The Cucumber Red Pepper & Onion salad is my own variation using the basic flavours (sesame oil & Soy sauce) from the cucumber salad in Jamie's Thai Red Curry recipe from 30 Minute Meals. The green salad has a simple lemon juice & olive oil dressing, and the Hot & Spicy Tomato Salsa is entirely my own. Start to finish preparation & cooking time (all from scratch) - about 25 minutes.
