Today a snowstorm is going on, but I took so many photos yesterday that I need time to view them all and choose my favourite ones. Above this is one of them, the light on Lofoten is just incredible. The sun on this just lasted for a minute and then it clouded over.
Years ago I visited Wales as I was part of the team that managed the Severn River Crossings. My visit to Wales was literally driving over one bridge, and back over the other. A proper visit was therefore well overdue.
This time the occasion was a softball tournament (my other hobby). As is tradition, wherever I visit, i try to leave with at least one photo of the place that represents my time there. In the case of Cardiff, I have two photos. So dramatic was the weather that we were gifted amazing rainbows and dramatic skies constantly. The other image will follow soon.
As for tonight's feature, i stayed about 5km from Cardiff bay. It was a beautiful day and I walked until I finally decided, this is my spot. The weather was threatening of rain, and it certainly delivered during the time I was stationed at my spot. None the less, I had a wonderful time watching the dramatic skies change and the clouds roll in and out.
Chinchero is also known to the Incas as the birthplace of the rainbow. There must be some serious reasons for this!

Spring suset over Staunton Harold's grounds and Holy Triity Church silhouetted by the dramatic lowlight.
Don't walk behind me; I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend. Albert Camus.
Thank you so much everyone for all your thoughtful, wonderful and kind comments. I cannot convey really how much your support means to me - but please believe it is possibly and most probably more than you will ever know…Sue x
