Working upgrade out of Eyota, ICE 6405 and DME 6096 bang across the switch leading to the Plainview spur. This unrehabbed portion of the Waseca sub still features the light jointed rail and pink lady ballast of the C&NW days, and the empty covered hoppers on B27 sway quite dramatically as the train gets up to track speed.

I talked Luke into a little photoshoot in bed. We went with some rather dramatic lighting. I feel it highlights his dark side.

This was taken on the tour bus on the way to Holland. Used a Tamron 17-35mm wide angle and the result was better than I expected.
Dramatic atmospheric features in Jupiter's northern hemisphere are captured in this view from NASA's Juno spacecraft. The new perspective shows swirling clouds that surround a circular feature within a jet stream region called "Jet N6." This color--‐enhanced image was taken at 9:20 a.m. PST (12:20 p.m. EST) on Feb. 12, 2019, as the spacecraft performed its 18th close flyby of the gas giant planet. At the time, Juno was about 8,000 miles (13,000 kilometers) from the planet's cloud tops, above a latitude of approximately 55 degrees north. Citizen scientist Kevin M. Gill created this image using data from the spacecraft's JunoCam imager. The image has been rotated approximately 100 degrees to the right.
This state-of-the-art, 69,000-square-foot science facility, home to the biology, chemistry, and computer science programs, opened in the fall of 2007. The Lynda and Stewart Resnick Science Laboratories wing opened in spring 2009. Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, a New York City firm, the dramatic, two-story building includes nearly 17,000 square feet of dedicated laboratory space.

Then I looked out the window and saw the sky. View this on black, and larger, please. If you go to the original size and look at the detail in the branch structure and the emerging buds, it is intense.
So much energy in the music, and so much in this scene as well.

The clouds kept changing throughout the afternoon...I don't think I have ever seen clouds like these ones.
Perfect morning light it was and my brown curtains giving such a contrasting background!
