This pirate kept dozing off.
I don't know if it was because of the show or the rum.

One of Bern's bears enjoying an afternoon nap in the Bear PArk.
You don’t need to go so far as the woods to be in for a big surprise in Bern.
The Swiss capital’s Bärenpark (Bear Park) is home to three brown bears, who wander a 6,000-square metre grassy park by the side of the River Aare, though their proclivity for hosting picnics does not seem to match their teddy bear cousins.
The history of the bear park dates back to the founding of the city of Bern by Berthold V, Duke of Zähringen, in 1191. The Duke is said to have pledged to name the city after the first animal he saw on his next hunt – a brown bear (bär).
As a result, a bear pit was placed across the river from the old town in the early 16th century and remained there for 500 years. Only in the early 21st century did the city authorities take action to replace the pit with the open park which is where Björk, Finn and Ursina live today.
Björk and Finn are the two elder bears, who moved into the park in 2009. Berna and Ursina are their twin cubs, who were born in December 2009. Berna was in the bear park when we visited, but has since moved away after being involved in a lot of fights with her mother.
This Dozer doing a good job of babysitting. They're in the front yard and he'just rolls over and lets them chew on him. Once in awhile he'll swing a paw at them and they go flying. This is rocky and mimi w/ him.
