Daisy wasn't too keen on having her photo taken, but she loved the reward of all her hard work. I photographed pets in studio for an article in Cary Magazine.

Smokey skies kept us in most of the weekend, but seems to be clearing a bit (not technically enough to be considered safe) so Temmo and I busted out for a Peace Circle whirligig. Sad to think how much tragedy is behind these astonishing sunsets.
I love when Zooie's ears go up and his forehead gets wrinkled. That means there must be something very interesting down there. We have lots of toads, frogs, anoles, and skinks that make our yard their home and Zooie loves to hunt them. I work hard keeping out critters safe from Zooie the hunter.
My sisters dog (left) and my parents dog (right) play fighting (they're two of the sweetest dogs, really!!) And they like each other, well... Sort of :)
