This customized truck was built from an old Mack truck and modified to fit the chassis of a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500. The engine was the Dodge Cummins Diesel engine. The fenders were cut and modified to fit and everything past the front cab was custom fabricated. This truck has the heart of a Dodge Truck.
The owner of the truck and the fabricator said that it was his first shot at fabrication. 'Cuda Brothers favorite quote of the day came from this very same owner who said,
If others can do it - Why can't I?

This is from Road Champs and I bought it brand new more than 20 years ago but after opening the box I found the quality not so good the paint was bumpy and wasn't to shiny and I didn't like how only the bottom half of the doors opened so I soon disassembled it and removed the paint with plans to repaint it but never got back to it until now.
Recently I changed the frame to a 4x4 using extra parts I have I also changed the seats made a better steering column and put front wheel wells on I also glued the doors shut and cut off all the hinges and mounting points.
On June 1st, 2014 at 4:16pm, the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department (LPFD) responded to multiple reports of a vegetation fire at 400 Wall St. near Granada High School in Livermore. Arriving units found a good-sized working vegetation fire in the grass behind the school and immediately went into offensive mode. Upon arrival, LPFD Battalion 9 assumed Wall IC and requested a second alarm, summoning several Type 1 engines to assist the Type 3 engines and Patrols with fire attack as well as to provide access to a water supply. Alameda County Fire responded two battalion chiefs (Battalion 2 and Battalion 3) and a Type 3 engine (Engine 308) to assist as well. Because the fire was also threatening a couple structures nearby, LPFD Truck 96 responded to the call also for structure protection, but cleared by the time I arrived on scene.
Besides Truck 96, the total balance of apparatus on scene included Alameda County Battalions 2 and 3, LPFD Battalion 9, Alameda County Type 3 Engine 308, LPFD Type 3 Engines 394 and 399, LPFD Chief 90, LPFD Patrol Engines 491, 495, 497, and LPFD Type 1 Engines 90, 95, 97, and 98, making for a total of 15 pieces of apparatus on scene!
Here, the crews of Type 1 Engine 90 clean up their hoses before clearing the scene.

But I think the bench should be turned around to face the Ram 2500, so people can sit and look at the Ram 2500. I trust the paint not to flake off onto my clothing as I sit.

Here is a gripping cultural mystery encompassing photography, sculpture and modern film. A famous photograph of 29 September 1932 depicts iron workers on lunch during construction of the RCA building at Rockefeller Center, New York. The photograph is 'Lunch atop a skyscraper' by Charles C Ebbets. In 2001, sculptor Sergio Furnari created a work commemorating the photograph. The 2012 film 'Men at Lunch' by Seán Ó Cualáin examines the lives of the 11 men in the photograph and received its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The sculpture, mounted on this occasion on a Dodge RAM 1500 with (apparently) a modified grille, was in Toronto to help to promote the film. However, when doing my research for my notes, I observed that there are only ten figures on the girder which I have photographed from two angles. Where is the 11th man? A figure was previously stolen in January 2007; is there a copycat in Toronto? An earlier photograph by osukura clearly shows the 11 figures.

Now these guy cracked me up...he was driving along with his rear end sagging down so hard it was hard to believe the Dodge was still moving without bottoming out! Just a couple of fellas driving about collecting metals and getting their dough for it. We did meet at a red light and they asked me why i was taking pics and i said "fellas, you have 1 unique look about yoursleves and that`s what i like" They laughed and we continued on our merry ways at the green. The picture though i think doesn`t show the true perspective of how much stuff was really in the Ram at the time. Plainview,Long Island, N.Y.
