I've been doing some (quick) research about her and it appears that she's a "put together Sindy" a.k.a. (apparently wrongly) New Zealand Sindy.

If I'm correct, mine has the mini Sindy head and arms. While her torso and legs are made of pink hollow plastic. The legs are non bendable, the arms might have been (when she was ...younger). The head is hard and wobbly and without markings. Her torso says "made in Hong Kong" on the back.

From what I read, the demand was so high in her early years of production that the company couldn't keep up. In response to that the Hong Kong factories used whatever part they had in stock to put together lots of Sindy dolls. The hollow legs were also quicker to produce than wired legs.

(If she was a New Zealand Sindy her box and stand would mention "made in New Zealand" but here they don't (both "made in Hong Kong") Besides I don't think the NZ Sindy were sold in Europe...)

hump day !!!!!!! =] It's halfway over....

Let's see....work was alright. Had to go down to intervention a few times with a student. It's not a fun place. But then in the afternoon we put on the movie Space Camp for the kids. It was a hilariously cheesy 80's movie about, well, space camp.

Tonight I have nothing...let me repeat that, nothing planned for once. Which is awesome. I worked on stuff & enjoyed the nice weather & just when you think life doesn't get any better at the moment, you remember you have half a thing of oreos in your room. =]

I was so out of ideas for today's 365 since I didn't go anywhere and I am sick of shooting around the house. I decided to turn to my ideas for an idea. Well...sorta. This is my photography journal I keep with me pretty much all the time. I write down ideas, thoughts, places, and to-do's in it. Most people can't live without their cells phones. I suppose this is my cell. Er...no that would be my camera. Haha, ok. yeeeaaahhhh......

& one more thing.... I recently started to really appreciate tubmlr. Take a peek inside of my mind...

In case you're wondering what's going on.. this is what's going on. I posted an animated gif in a comment I made in one of my contact's streams. It was of bouncing boobs in a bikini. It was to make a point about censorship. Ironic, huh? Well the owner of that stream did not have a problem with it being there, but some of his detractors did and I guess registered a complaint about it. My photostream has been deemed "unsafe" and now the bot is busy erasing EVERY COMMENT I'VE EVER MADE ON FLICKR.

So, you'll all be safe from dangerous ol' me.

Nur ein paar Unterlagen auf dem Tisch, die ich aus Versehen, mit relativ langer Belichtungszeit, aufgenommen habe. Mit einer leicht abgewandelten Vorlage des Plugins "Analog Efex Pro" aus der Nik Collection versehen, sah die Aufnahme dann wieder so "interessant" aus, dass ich sie einfach mal hochladen musste. :))

Just some papers on the table - accidentally taken with long exposure settings on camera. I used a slightly adjusted template of the Nik Collection plugin "Analog Efex Pro" to obtain this "interesting" look I do like so much. And yes, here it is. :))

From the start of this year, we have always known this day would come. We knew that you would eventually move on in life and head off to college, and that day is finally here. I am very happy for you, and could not be more proud to have such a beautiful, intelligent girlfriend. We have already proven once before that we can handle distance, however I am still going to miss you so very much. I am going to miss seeing your beautiful face every day and just being with you and your one of a kind personality. I'll be honest, when I first started to think about this day towards the end of last year, I wasn't sure what would happen, how we would manage or if we would each take our own paths. I knew one thing for sure, however, and it was that I love you, and you are what I want. I love you more than I thought it was possible to love someone, you tought me what it is to truly love, and I don't want you to ever forget that.
