Fantastic Four #58 (January 1967)

Art by Jack Kirby

Story by Stan Lee

My friend Saign Charlestein is a metal smith and he built a Dr. Doom costume for a client. I had no idea who Dr. Doom was/is, but yesterday I took a few hours out of my day and took photos in the rain. It's a bit different than what I normally do, but it was fun. Enjoy!

The door that closes behind you as you hop onto Doctor Doom's Fear Fall.

TK-742: TK-742 reporting, Lord Vader! The search for the missing droids continues, we have been following several leads in this sector of the city, but they've all proven to be dead ends.

Doctor Doom: Vader? I know nothing of this "Vader" you speak of, although I AM your Lord, worm!

TK-523: Hey, you can't talk to us that way, droid! We're officers of the Galactic Empire!

Doctor Doom: No one tells Doctor Doom what he can and cannot do!

TK-523: "Doctor Doom"? Really? That's what you call yourself?Isn't that just a little corny?

Doctor Doom: It is a name that strikes fear into the hearts of all who dwell on my planet and someday it shall terrify the entire universe!

Tk-523: Er, whatever, if you say so, dude! What is it about today? Is it "Megalomaniac Monday" or something?

Taken on Saturday, July 30 in Louisville,Ky.

Since this is from Doom's review, he's gotta win!

MEFISTO: As the soul of his mother worth Victor? Bargain with me one more time.

Why does his WWII-era pistol shoot lasers?
