At 12:01 AM, a civil union law went into effect in the state of New Hampshire, affording same-sex partners equal rights as married couples. A ceremony was held for over 40 couples at the state house in Concord, and a friend of mine's sister was among them.

my 2 cents: I think this is a very, very good thing. It's a civil rights issue and everyone should be treated fairly.

A metaphor so close you turn a blind mans eye.

Responsible keepers create and grow a field that help the masses involved in the struggle toward a product (sweet success).

When no such field is available alternate sources must be exploited (others hard earned money) honey.

Create and supply such an avenue and your drones will find a true way in being fruitful.

It's a simple common sense solution (unless you like keeping slaves with a hollow promise).

Answers apparent (with time to think).

CalSTRS - DIVEST FROM FOSSIL FUELS

CalSTRS - California State Teachers' Retirement System - Board Meeting

November 6, 2019

Sacramento, CA

Civil disobedience from the Earth Guardians Bay Area at CalSTRS meeting. They performed to Greta Thunberg's powerful speech to the UN put to music. They are afraid of how the climate crisis will affect their lives and the future of the planet.

Youth from Earth Guardians Bay Area, Climate Reality Project, and Sunrise Movement - Davis Chapter, joined Fossil Free California and others to pressure CalSTRS to DIVEST FROM FOSSIL FUELS.

A close up of a honey bee on one of my hummingbird feeders.

I don't vent often but,

A note about some confusion: .... seems that there is a political statement going around by some folks that have no idea about just what is going on in our world.

I want to set you on the right focus .... :)

Forget about the so called threat of 1 tenth of 1 degree increase over the next 100 years because this is a natural occurance most likely . (global warming).

Keep your sights on the Honey Bee instead . When this insect does a vanishing act you have maybe a good 5 years to exsist. Warm or cold to the globe your doomed too.

Buy into your best intrest as a steward of the earth and not what some so called leader wants you to think.

You know that I know that you know what is the right path.

If you have a reservation on this point call your so called leader and I'll be glad to reprogram him/her on the subject . (chances are they will run and hide in there climate controlled condo).

I don't want money like they do ....... Just my world as it was given .

There will always be problems in the world . The answer is doing the right thing .

Be aware of your being and know that it is a gift from something far greater than you.

Taste the sweetness of honey but, leave your silver spoon and scare tactic at home . (you know who you are)

These are our S'mores center pieces. Each one is wrapped up as a fun bindle pack. Inside you will find the ingredients to make a S'more, two graham crackers, a marshmallow & chocolate bar. At the center of the table is a burner to roast your marshmallow. We also Serve a S'mores trail mix that includes mini marshmallows, mini graham crackers and chocolate chips. The S'mores center pieces are a lot of fun and make a great ice breaker for and party year round.

Among the 25-30 carved pieces of ice on display this weekend is one in front of the GRAAMA that uses the 1989 movie title, Do the Right Thing, to highlight "Black History Month" during February. About two dozen members of the public bundles up in the cold east wind to listen to downtown maven of all things Grand Rapids, Ms. Caroline C. Plans are underway to migrate the GRAAMA to a larger space downtown, according to the tour leader.

Other examples of ice carved to suit the sponsoring business were the MSU Federal Credit Union logo at that premises, the pepperoni pizza slice at that shop, the vintage pickup truck at the auto insurance company celebrating 100 years, the open champaign bottle at a wine tasting business, and a plum tree if full fruit in front of the GRDI (Grand Rapids Downtown Inc) which organizes the programming of World of Winter from January to March. The tree refers to the natural grove of the fruit trees across the river on the west bank that were described by early settlers who colonized the river valley in the early 1800s.
