Four strange green turtle like humanoids line up to receive a ration disbursement from a large white lion like humanoid. The lion humanoid is unaggressive but armed, implying that the supply of rations is valuable and will be protected. Similarly the turtle humanoids are armed implying the will take potentially violent action if they do not receive their ration.

1 This is from distribution of NFI between the 15th to the 18th of February to Ivorian refugees in Liberia. Buckets included blankets, cups, soap and sanitary bags. They were distributed to 1500 households in six villages close to the Ivorian border in Nimba county, at least 70 % of which were headed by women. Photo: CARE/ADRA
1 Dieses Bild entstand während der Verteilung von Hilfsgütern an Flüchtlinge aus der Elfenbeinküste Mitte Februar. Die Behälter beinhalteten Decken, Becher, Seife und Sanitärbeutel. Sie wurden an 1500 Haushalte in sechs Dörfern nahe der Landesgrenze verteilt. 70% dieser Haushalte werden von Frauen geführt.
