Bani Mansour area in al-Durehimi, January 1, 2017
In a 4-day food aid distribution, Mona Relief's ground crew delivered urgent food aid packages to 500 vulnerable families in Bait al-Fakeh, al-Mansouriah, al-Durehimi and al-Hawak districts of Hodeidah governorate in western Yemen.
The fifth phase just has started today and continued for four days, based on a donation came from the UK based Charity, al-Khair Foundation and aims to reach out the most needy families in the poorest governorate in the country, Hodeidah, where there is widespread starvation among the population.
And for that reason and as a quick response from Mona Relief Yemen to calls to help people in that area, after shocking images of malnourished mothers and their children published in media outlets the Mona Relief delivered to 200 families in al-Tuhita area in Hodeidah governorate and urgently needed basic supplies.
Our campaign in Hodeidah started in September 2016 and continued to January 2017, where Mona Relief was able to reach out 5000 families in several remote areas.
Our food aid distribution today carried out by Mona Relief Yemen in al-Maselah area of Hosseniah in Bait al-Fakeh district where our ground crew reached out 150 families.

In the second day of food aid distribution, Mona Relief delivered 150 families in al-Jarab area of al-Mansouriah before starting our distribution our ground crew was intercepted by local authorities who asked us to not to distribute anything before getting a permission form the authorities to be able to deliver food aid. And a long negotiation with them they asked to accompany our crew during the distribution we accepted that and we were able to deliver the aid to families there, who finally praising our work.
As we reached that area, I didn’t expect that I'm going to see people living under under the poverty line

In the third day, we drove to Bani Mansour area in al-Durehimi district where we delivered 100 families their food aid packages and finally for the fourth day, Mona Relief concluded its fifth phase of the campaign that started in September 25, 2016.

We reached out in the fourth day another 100 families in al-Hawak district in the center of Hodeidah in western Yemen.
Our campaign in Hodeidah wasn't easy at all, we were arrested and stopped there many times and we have faced several challenges during our humanitarian work lasted from September 2016 to January 2017.
Mona Relief took pictures during our work that showing the real suffer of people living in Hodeidah.

The MeckTech Computer Kit Program provides adults without computers the opportunity to receive a free, refurbished laptop to aid in accessing the Internet for job search, meeting online, writing resumes, helping children with homework, and accessing the modern economy. For Spring 2023, the program will distribute approximately 20,000 laptops to individuals in need.
As part of the distribution process residents pick up laptops after choosing a preferred pick-up time. Dozens of volunteers with Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, community volunteers, and Digital Navigators from the Center for Digital Equity distribute thousands of laptops during each event, equipping residents with the means to succeed.

The family home of Caritas Nepal driver Ghandra Shrestha in the village of Panchkal, Kavre district, Nepal.
On May 3 Caritas Nepal started emergency relief distribution in rural areas. Cordaid's Maarten van den Berg travelled with the Caritas team to the Kavre district where they distributed tarpaulins in three villages reaching 200 families.

The distribution of the MacDonnell
Ranges subspecies is centred on the
MacDonnell Ranges bioregion of the
southern Northern Territory. In the
Territory, its range extends north to the
Davenport and Murchinson Ranges,
east to the Jervois Range, west to the
Western Australian border and south
to the South Australian border.
Outside the Territory, it occurs in the
Gibson Desert of Western Australia
(Eldrige et al. 1992; Pearson 1992)
and in the Anangu-Pitjatjantjara lands
of northern South Australia.
In southern parts of its range this
wallaby has declined in density and
distribution or become locally extinct.
However, with the exception of recent
extinctions at the Granites (Tanami
Desert) and at Uluru - Kata Tjuta
National Park, the population size and
distribution of the black-footed rock
wallaby has remained stable in the
Northern Territory.
