Always a good time at the annual Baker Boy's Christmas demo. An intense posse rolled up here, this year at the Sheldon Skate Plaza came to skate & destroy. At the end was the biggest product toss of the year. Don't worry, we cleaned up the mess! Thanks to the Baker Boys for a fun time!

Travel from Karachi to Nagarparkar 489 km, 7 hours 26 minutes drive. Arrive in Nargarparkar May 7th, 2012 for overnight stay before 500 Solar LED Lantern distribution to 500 families of Bhako, Kharoro and Vekasar Villages.
These villages are only couple of miles from the India border, Nagarparkar area of Thar desert. Majority of people are Hindus.

The MeckTech Computer Kit Program provides adults without computers the opportunity to receive a free, refurbished laptop to aid in accessing the Internet for job search, meeting online, writing resumes, helping children with homework, and accessing the modern economy. For Fall 2022 through Spring 2023, the program will distribute approximately 20,000 laptops to individuals in need.
As part of the distribution process residents pick up laptops after choosing a preferred pick-up time. Dozens of volunteers with Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, community volunteers, and Digital Navigators from the Center for Digital Equity distribute thousands of laptops during each event, equipping residents with the means to succeed.

9 March 2017. Ngop: A woman carries a sack of lentils during a food distribution in Ngop, Unity state, South Sudan.
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) distributed food (maize, lentils, oil and corn soya blend) for more than 7,100 people in Ngop. While Leer and Mayendit, both also in Unity state, have been recently declared in famine, Ngop is also in high risk. The food distribution is part of a Rapid Response Mission coordinated and funded by the World Food Programme (WFP) to mitigate this risk.
