The December 2007 display in the Lobby of the Leddy Library is dedicated to the One Laptop Per Child Program.

We aim to offer teachers and teaching staff an alternative to having to create classroom displays in order to keep up with classroom activities.
Our instant displays contain colourful, informative, inspiring borders and spaces ready to display children’s work or class information. They are printed onto a flexible vinyl which can easily be attached to existing display boards within the school using staples or other fixtures. Once our displays are mounted onto the classroom wall teachers can attach children’s work and class information with ease using tac.
Our displays will instantly brighten up classrooms and corridors within a matter of minutes, save valuable time during lessons and inspire the staff and children.
A quite amazing massive LCD/LED(?) display on the ceiling of the entrance at 120 Fenchurch Street. Huge, bright, clear, colourful.
This display shows the three different lighthouses that have stood at the top of Fort Point in San Francisco, California.
Once the Golden Gate Bridge was built the light tower was moved due west since the fort stood underneath the southern end of the bridge.

The Postcard
A postally unused postcard bearing no studio name. The image is a glossy real photograph, and the card has a divided back.
There are no indications as to the date and location of the military demonstration, although the street on the right looks British.
Neckwarmer on Display
Keep warm this winter with an easy, stylish neckwarmer. No long ends of a scarf to tuck into your coat or jacket or figure out how to wrap. It grows in circumference as it goes up.
All of my items are originally made with a recipient in mind. That's how they are named. The Stephanie Neckwarmer was made of my best friend from college. (The original is pictured here.) She was lamenting to me at how cold her office always is so I made a neckwarmer to send to her. It's kind of strange that the first neckwarmer I've ever made is travelling to LA, California.
The Stephanie Neckwarmer sells for $12 and can be customized so you can choose the color(s) that match your winter ensembles.
This month's library display explores the various roles of women in the American Revolutionary War and highlights the contributions of several specific women. Women played a significant role in the American Revolutionary War. Some did fight on the battlefield! Others contributed by serving as nurses, cooks, laundresses, water bearers and seamstresses for the Continental Army. Camp followers included women who, wishing to be by their husband's side, followed them on their campaigns and helped keep army camps running smoothly. On the home front women raised money to support the war effort. They also utilized their skills in spinning, weaving, and sewing to assist the revolutionary cause.
