Not sure what it was about but LMU coach Frank Cruz came out to talk to first base umpire John Bullock. They talked for such a long time that home plate umpire Dan Perugini slowly walked toward first base and then just waited.

In the same sketchbook, as the Staffordville Corner sketches, I found this on site ink sketch I had thought "someday" to add color to ---well someday was this am after I finished the Corner page sketches...makes me feel good when I actually do do what I meant to do :-)
People run up the steps to get their mail in this really vintage
building--with a small lobby and a post master you wouldn't believe could be so helpful to so many people...often conversations get going inside and then carry out to the porch--as I watched these two, I had the feeling one of them was quite upset with the way something was being handled...
