Another cute couple is visiting the fancy restaurant for Valentine's Day. The disco couple can't stop singing "Staying Alive" and dancing around the restaurant :-) The waiter will be glad once Valentine's Day is over.....

On a different note - has anyone else seen the leaked box images of the new UCS Hoth set? I've been excitedly waiting for this set since the rumors came out last year BUT the box images show that Leia has been excluded from the set! There's a Luke, Han and other minifigs but no Leia. I'm very disappointed. Unlike Hasbro, LEGO has always been good about including female characters in sets but not this time :-( Supposedly the set will be officially announced tomorrow at the New York Toy Fair so we'll know more then.....

The box images are shown here: www.fbtb.net/2016/02/12/hoth-base-assault-box-pictures-su...

This is a car from from the game Disco Elysium, belonging to Kim Kitsuragi, called the Coupris Kineema. My partner's been super into the game lately and challenged me to build one, and it was a challenge indeed! I wanted to get the front-to-back and top-top-bottom tapers right without making it too unstable. I used a combination of screenshots, concept art books, and fanmade resources to replicate as much detail as I could. I hope y'all enjoy!

I was wearing my gold sequin clutch the other day & caught a web of disco lights:)

Happy bokeh Wednesday!

Some have said I don't like disco...sooo I had to put that rumor to rest :)

Photo of a feather I found in my yard yesterday. It’s about the size of my thumb.

With the exception of a slight bump in exposure in post-processing, this is straight out of the camera. It was shot with Tungsten as the white balance setting to give it the blue tones. Lighting was with a flashlight placed behind and slightly to the side. The mirror that the feather is sitting on was spritzed with water to help with bokeh.

Thanks for looking and Happy Macro Monday!
