Balloon flight from Ratzeburg, Schleswig-Holstein, in the direction of Rehna, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania), Germany.

Así lo cuenta Emilio Navarro, campesino de San Marcos, Sucre, y participante del programa Familias en su Tierra (FEST) de Prosperidad Social, quien hace parte de las 5.100 personas que se capacitaron y graduaron del proyecto "Escuela TIC Familia", programa del Gobierno Nacional, articulado con el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones (MinTIC), Prosperidad Social, la Fundación Telefónica Movistar, Asociación Visión Social y la Fundación Panamericana para el Desarrollo, Fupad.
Campesinos de 22 municipios de Sucre, Bolívar, Cesar, y La Guajira, podrán seguir este ejemplo y aplicar los conocimientos en el uso adecuado de Internet, generación de estrategias de comercialización, intercambio de conocimientos, acceso a nuevos mercados y el uso seguro de la tecnología en el hogar y en las escuelas.
El director general de Prosperidad Social, Nemesio Roys Garzón, entregó el diploma a los graduandos y agradeció a la empresa privada por el trabajo en equipo. "Esto es un ejemplo claro de cómo nuestros campesinos aprovecharon esta oportunidad para capacitarse en nuevas tecnologías, convirtiéndose en parte activa en la vida comercial de sus municipios y visibilizándose como microempresarios, esto se llama oportunidades que nos ayudan a superar pobreza", dijo.
El proyecto fortaleció a los líderes de la región, capacitando a más de 51 formadores del programa FEST en Sincelejo y Cesar, quienes a su vez desarrollaron e implementaron un cronograma de estudio con los padres y cuidadores, que contempló 8 módulos de formación en tecnologías de la información, 4 presenciales y 4 virtuales en 24 horas.
