Class31 601 worked the 4pm service to Duffield, then the Shunter Wigan2 took 3 carriages to Duffield in the evening.. Great fun

The 'spare' class 50 engine which was fitted in 50018 'Resolution' for its last days of British Rail service. The engine when coupled with its attendant generator set (3 in total) weighs around 33 tonnes. The generator sets have been removed from this engine. This is the B bank view of the power unit.

Carrying a special livery for the Belmond Royal Scotsman, the stock of which the locomotive was running round at Edinburgh Waverley. The locomotive carries the legend 'Belmond Royal Scotsman' however this does not show too well on the photograph. It has to be said though, it looks lush!
