The deviled eggs I promised myself I would make for Easter, even though we couldn't go to Olympia this year thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. I would have loved to make them more traditionally, but Shobhit wanted them to be garbanzo bean based since he doesn't care for mayonnaise. He never hesitates to eat regular ones when they are available, but whatever! For these I used a Whole Foods recipe that had only a tablespoon of mayo, mixed with mustard, the yolks, garbanzo beans, lemon juice, and I added some relish.
They were all right.
Food items include Deviled Eggs, the Dirty French—it's like french onion soup poured over a burger (burger topped with Gruyere cheese, Caramelized Onion, Au Poivre Sauce & Mornay Sauce), and the Goetta Breakfast (Cincinnati's Famous Oatmeal Sausage with hashbrowns and two sunny side up eggs. wash it down with a Bloody Mary.

Dad's homemade lasagna, deviled eggs made from our colored creations, and Indians baseball on TV. A perfect spring lunch! :)
