Nanda Devi is the second highest mountain in India and the highest entirely within the country (Kangchenjunga being on the border of India and Nepal); owing to this geography it was considered the highest known mountain in the world until computations on Dhaulagiri by western surveyors in 1808. It was also the highest mountain in India before Sikkim joined the Indian Union. It is part of the Kumaon Himalayas, and is located in the state of Uttarakhand.
The name of Nanda Devi comes from Nanda who is the daughter of the Himalaya.

Faker appeared directly in front of Aigara emulating Eruei, with the girl falling off for it until Remi decides to reveal the Doll's identity much for Aigara's disappointment. Aigara, though understanding the purpose of the Doll, couldn't deal with the disappointment and asked the "little devil" to leave. Devi would do so, to be later found by Malda and Nelde who for some reason, didn't fall for the same trick... They would then bring the Doll to their master Inquene, just for the Doll to transform once again and tell the Empress that Eruei won't be waiting to her to reach for his daughter.
Faker then would escape from Inquene's domain, with its fate unknown.

Sundar Devi is from Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. I noticed her drinking tea at the early morning market in Dadar, Mumbai. She said, "I have lived and worked in Mumbai for 38 years. My family are here with me. We go back to Varanasi often. Sometimes they come with me., sometimes I go alone. I buy vegetables here and take them to Dharavi to sell.." Her name means beautiful (sundar) goddess (Devi).

No beauty shines brighter than that of a good heart.
Here’s the other lovely doll I got for Christmas: Devi Delacour, the demon with a good heart (according to her promotional info)! I will wait to use her stock outfit until Halloween. In the meantime, I will enjoy dressing her in non-demonic colors and styles. I love how dramatic she looks.

The most important temple at Lumbini is the Maya Devi Temple, which enshrines the traditional site of the Buddha's birth. The current temple stands on the site of earlier temples and stupas, including the stupa built by Ashoka.
The modern temple consists mainly of simple white building that protects ancient ruins, with the exact spot of the Buddha's birth identified. The delicate sandstone sculptures discovered here are now in the National Musuem in Kathmandu.
