Delaware Sea Grant hosted a teacher professional development workshop focused on understanding zooplankton species and marine debris, in the form of microplastics, in the Delaware Bay. Teachers participated in plankton and microplastic sampling in the bay, identified zooplankton species under the microscope in the lab, and worked with Marine Education Specialist Chris Petrone to develop lesson plans for their classrooms.
Returned a couple books about the history of Callie Self Memorial Baptist Church and Greenwood Mills tha Rev. Westbrook Lent me. Was checking out the history of the bells and Carillon at the church.
