Grants are awarded through competition on the co-financing basis for the development of small value-adding enterprises, farm service centers, value chain and primary production in any region of Georgia. The project will help develop agribusiness and create new job opportunities.

Plans are to develop the "brownfield" site on the east bank of the river into affordable downtown riverside condos. (Opposite side in the scene above.)
The development is called "River Bend."
