I would eventually like to do all the film processing at home again, but I lack the equipment and space. The biggest hassle is scanning. Most scanners are either shitty, expensive or there's no simple way to use them from Linux.
In this case I took a picture of the negatives from my tripod-mounted DSLR with 2 macro rings. The negatives where backlit by my phone. :-)
It would probably help to have some clean glass to keep the negatives flat, few LEDs underneath matte glass for backlight and some simple and smal table stand for the DSLR.
While developing in my new jobo cpe2, I turned my back for 5 minutes and the top had come off while bleaching, half of the bleach had leaked out, so I increased bleach time with half a minute. Results are very yellow, but very atmospheric.
This is my first collor developing using Tetenal Colortec C41. I like this kit, easier to use than I expected.

I developed this film using QWD ECN-2 chemistry. It's a long story about a gift of 4 Silbersalz rolls that should have included developing and scanning back in Stuttgart. Instead, the film took a round trip from New York to Frankfurt, getting stuck in German customs for months with indifferent support from Silbersalz. So upon their return to me, I developed and scanned them myself. QWD makes a great product for home development of Vision3.
To develop the park began in 1976, the 200th anniversary year of American independence, to celebrate the relationship between the two freedom-loving countries, Israel and the US. The forest developed and extended an existing woodland planted in the region in the 1950s by new immigrants from the surrounding area and nearby Beit Shemesh, who had arrived soon after the founding of the State of Israel.

I have recently developed a near epic obsession with knitting... much worse than the last time I dabbled in yarn related endeavors. I got the book One Skein. I got some beautiful Icelandic Lopi wool from a swap partner. I decided to try making the cabled footies from the book. Immediately after casting on (gauge? swatch??? wtf are you talking about??) I realized that the wool was much chunkier than the pattern called for but I forged ahead figuring it would be a great experiment. About 2 inches in, I realized there was no way that this one ball of wool would be enough for 2 of these socks. But again, I charged ahead, with the reasoning that this was good practice for acutal sock knitting..... It was. And so now I have this rather large, itchy cabled sock thing with no mate. Everyone in the house has tried it on, deemed it very nifty and comented on its itchiness, hotness and overall odd-looking-ness. Its probably big enough for two feet so maybe there's no need for a mate. I'm open to suggestions as to what to do with it. Fireplace log caddy, perhaps?

Kursunlu waterfall situated in the midst of a pine forest of exceptional beauty, and the environs provide a picnic and pleasure spot about twenty minutes by car from the centre of the city of Antalya.
