An experiment using long shutter speed while keeping the shot initially underexposed. For this series of shots I raised the exposure 5+ev in post to reveal sensor artifacts. The next steps were to sharpen the noise and increase the colour of each image to enhance the tone of the noise in each scene. This reveals a level of detail and texture in the image that I would always strive to avoid, but instead embrace.
