I went and saw the movie last night (of course with an ever present camera in my purse) so I decided to take a literal stab in the dark and just click off a random photo before the movie began. This was one of the opening scenes while credits were playing.
I captured the transition between scenes where one is dissolving while the other is beginning. Pictured are nails used for a pinball game, the scene before it was of a carnival ride. You can just pick out ghost image of the spinning disc on the left side.
Said to the man at the railroad station,
"I want a ticket, just for one."
He said, "Well, if you insist. Where you wanna go, Miss?"

6.1 Sunrise Hike
Sunday June 14, 2009
Acadia, Maine
By 2:30 AM, completing our morning rituals, we had embarked on our Sunrise Hike; hoping to make it for the 4:48 am scheduled arrival. Boasting one of the Eastern most points within the United States, Cadillac Mountain’s acclaimed position makes it a popular destination for those eager to be among the first to spot the sun. The night’s serenity pierced only by the glow from our headlamps and crunching of our boots, we proceeded in relative peace. Occasional sightings of “blue blazes” from our fearless leader were followed by grunts of acknowledgment from Jeremy and Me. Emerging from the forest stood expanses of bare rocky terrain. We advanced from cairn to cairn stopping only to wring the sweat from our shirts or glimpse the colors already present from the impending sunrise. Not an hour and thirty five minutes, 4.2 miles, 1530 feet, and one apple later we found ourselves nestled into the rocks, tripods spread and cameras affixed to the heavens. We gazed contently as the sun slid into view, creeping past the horizon to one of the only openings in the otherwise cloud blanketed sky. All the while the wind whistled harmoniously to the clapping of shutters. As the sun climbed, scattered reds merged into bright oranges and yellows and later to deep purples before fading altogether. From the hot and sweaty hikers of 15 minutes prior, emerged three chilled photographers anxious to return to camp. Though technically the same trail, walking back in the light revealed an entirely different scene from what our lights could uncover. For one, the mountain looked much steeper than anticipated. Cairns, we previously struggled to find, now flooded the hillside in an endless fashion. A sizable pond appeared but 30 feet from the path, untouched by our presence. Jeremy took it upon himself to leave our mark (RTNA) engraved in a small wooden bench perched along its shore. Persistent chatter paused as Matt and I scampered off to the woods to ‘relieve’ ourselves of the delicious barbecued pork dinner (thank you Mrs. Sander!) finally catching up with us from the previous night. Back at camp we cleaned, packed and took to the road; a full day’s events behind us and it was only 8:30 AM....
As a Destination wedding photographer, I believe in taking pictures on the spur of the moment and so that i can catch any trivial emotion. Its important to showcase a natural and casual atmosphere to give you an impression of love and sensitivity. I strive to make photos will make your very special day an unforgetful souvenir. Destination wedding also is an intimate way for a couple to share their D day with the people who are most important for them. It’s for that reason that as a Destination wedding photographer I love to crystallize moments in time which i could do in this very wedding creatively with a photojournalistic approach with love of available lighting.
Being destination Wedding Photographer is anyways an amazing experience but this wedding was absolutely unforgettable and priceless to me. the beautiful couple tied their wedding knots Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Palm beach, Dubai.

As a Destination wedding photographer, The most wonderful thing i noticed during this Wedding was that the bride, groom, friends, families and guests not only attended various events but also spent a lot of quality time together during the stay..I love traveling , I love meeting new people and I just love this couple Anshul and Mahak.
This was a perfect Destination wedding at Dubai to photograph as it was a complete Spread across the glitziest venues of palm Jumeirah, the wedding celebrations continued for four big days. The wedding was a perfect grand wedding for photography and i was lucky to not just witness such a Big Fat wedding but to be their official wedding Photographer ..:)
