Clouds gather above,
All shall fall to deep despair,
Nature's somber cloak.
Finally he found the 'Humans' he'd heard so much about - but as the Giant looked down into their world, what he saw was far from the love, laughter, and compassion he'd always dreamed he'd find here. Quite the opposite, in fact. He simply stared in cold, disheartened emptiness. His heart aching within his chest.

This is my father, my father is terminally ill from liver cancer due to alcohol abuse.Today is March 28, 2010. This shot was taken without his knowledge and its plain to see that his mind is elsewhere. My father was never a good father but we loved him the same...
On the shot where my comments are you can see dad when he was fat and healthy. My dads had always been a strong and healthy man (I see where I get it from) he was a ladies man even during his marriage with my mom there has been 4 children accounted for outside the marriage. But no matter what hes done id much rather have him around but he's near the end and its painful to know that the inevitable is near.

Currently for me it is not easy to make a new shoot; due to the Rusian invasion of Ukraine. My models are usually from these both sides, which leads me into a concflict. Besides, while this humanity drama occurs, I am not so sure if I can just go on with my life, as nothing is happenning..
I felt like, as even the Angels lost their hope from humanity, and felt a deep despair of what is going on, in this world..
A huge (almost 2 feet across) very unusual ammonite that begins like most of that tribe, in being tightly coiled, then the larger coils drift out away from the inner coils, as above. This one also shows some opalescent nacre from the original shell. This will be the last fossil for some time so for those not interested in creatures who went out with the dinosaurs, don't despair. I am a bit of a dinosaur myself, and I survived the asteroid/comet.......I think.......Beautiful and exquisitely interesting creatures! This one is sitting in a clever steel seaweed shaped holder. Not mine unfortunately!

Cadini of Misurina, appear like the ruins of a titanic cathedral in the last feeble light of the day.The spooky atmosphere was magical.
I took this shot during my last workshop in July 2016 in the Italian Dolomites.
