XGL in action on my ThinkPad X41 - it's really working pretty flawlessly, at least much better than I would expect. I'm using Beryl manager.

I've never been keen on customizing my own desktop, but today, for any unknown reason, i've done this that you can see
Doesn't take long to do, just take a picture, put it on your desktop, take a picture, put it on your desktop, wash, rinse, repeat
Despues de varias horas de intentar instalar linux en esta pinche laptop miardera al fin ya la puedo usar sin tener ke usar windows sucks! por cierto no compren una lap compaq cq50 si no quieren tener dolor de cabeza instalando alguna distro GNU/linux :)
The Star Trek desktop was a great idea in theory but lasted only a couple of weeks because it was waaaayyy too busy for my eyes.
