As the snow falls at Leura Railway Station, Southern Shorthaul Railroads (SSR) loaded coal service from Airly Colliery to Vales Point Power Station descends the grades of the Blue Mountains as train number VP08. Quad C class locomotives provided the power in the form of C510, C509, C506 & C507. Tuesday, 23rd August 2022.

Found on private property not far from Cochran Mill Park, near what used to feed the old mill wheel on the property.
We got extra fortunate on our last day in Montana when a westbound with DPU and air issues took their helpers all the way to Bozeman in nice morning light.
Yes indeed this is another from last year; because my lazy ass still hasn't gone out yet and done anything new, but hopefully I will soon. So this was in a small shopping area and business park, there was plenty of brickwork and new metal fixtures which gave for crisp bokeh and perspective shots, this IS ALSO was where I got "Eye Wall" (link below).
So I hope everyone had a great week, here's to wonderful weekend now that we've all finally gotten bloody paid! And so as always, thank you! :)

Ha Long Bay features over 1,600 limestone karsts and islets rising dramatically from emerald-green waters. These formations, shaped by 500 million years of geological evolution, are dotted with caves, grottoes, and secluded beaches.
The name “Ha Long” translates to “Descending Dragon”, derived from a local legend. According to the tale, a dragon descended from the heavens to protect Vietnam from invaders, creating the bay’s rocky islands by thrashing its tail.
On the roof of the boat you may notice three animated drone operators who are ecstatic over a perfect sunrise. One of the sunrises I will never forget.

übrigens, der durch den Fensterbereich gezeigte "waagerechte" Schnitt geht durch das ganze Gebäude, der obere Teil liegt nur auf drei pyramidenförmigen Stützen im Innenbereich (eine davon habe ich euch schon gezeigt, die anderen werden folgen), die obere Etage schwebt nur dank Brückenbautechnik für die Statik ... so geht innovative Architektur ... ich werde euch auch noch eine Zweiseitenansicht zeigen (mehr geht ja nicht) ...
die linke helle, Betonfläche ist eine Springbrunnenanlage, die Hilde gut in Aktion fotografieren konnte, das Bild wird sie sicher noch bringen ...
