name that tune.

This last photo shoot with Wade was particularly successful. If only there was more of a purpose for all of these photos. W. would you mind if I tried to make money off your face and your collection of hats?

this one is SO much better than the books.

While my new lens isn't a macro lens in any traditional sense the narrow depth of field does make it very good for detail shots because you can isolate just a tiny part of something like this flower for example.

I'm having a lot of fun with my new lens but I need to find some additional subject...

A very simple shot! Had to walk around the home to get few shots. Last one of my dog was there in the lawn. Weather is pretty mixed these days, with rain, wind, cloud and lots of heat. With that my health is pretty mixed too! Hoping for better coming days though.

:)

See the Technique topic "Depth of Field".

This is one photo of a pair that hope to illustrate Depth of Field. See also a composite of the two.

Note how in this photo, one can read the title at the top of the page. If the photographer's goal is to show the pages of an old book, then the fact that one can see which book it is may distract viewers, expecially those who hate Victor Hugo.
