A few weeks before the BNSF merger was completed, Burlington Northern's 31st Street Yard in Denver, CO still looked very "BN". A pair of Cascade green SD9s work the yard while a pair of GP38-2s idle in the distance. BN 6228 undoubtedly spent a lot of time in Colorado as it was built for the Colorado & Southern in 1959.
