āTHE WEATHER OF LOVE
Love
Has a way of wilting
Or blossoming
At the strangest,
Most unpredictable hour.
This is how love is,
An uncontrollable beast
In the form of a flower.
The sun does not always shine on it.
Nor does the rain always pour on it
Nor should it always get beaten by a storm.
Love does not always emit the sweetest scents,
And sometimes it can sting with its thorns.
Water it.
Give it plenty of sunlight.
Nurture it,
And the flower of love will
Outlive you.
Neglect it or keep dissecting it,
And its petals will quickly curl up and die.
This is how love is,
Perfection is a delusional vision.
So love the person who loves you
Unconditionally,
And abandon the one
Who only loves you
Under favorable
Conditions.ā

2 Thessalonians 2: 10- 11
"And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The current snake bite demanded is the great delusion that covers world wide, as mostly billions believe it's true and were frightened and they submitted, not seeing God that can save them if only they seek Him. But perhaps YHWH ( God) allowed them to not to see the lies because of the unrighteousness and pride prevailing that it caused them blindness. They are not walking in the Spirit of truth that it cause them not to see. Prophecies foretold will be fulfilled and as the Book of Enoch spoken the unrighteous will be removed and all who practice lies to decieve and those puffed up with riches, pride and power to oppress will be taken out by the Most High, time is short. We are in the times to the countdown of events.

The Roussanou monastery is bathed in the fading dusk light in Meteora, Greece. The setting sun's golden sunbeams illuminate the Roussanou rock formation (below centre) almost exclusively, in an elitist fashion. The night is about to fall. The following poem lines may accompany the mood of a photographer looking forward to shooting the bright stars in the night sky:
āThe broken sunset declined and was gone
and it seemed a delusion to ask for the gifts of the sky.ā
āGeorge Seferis (Erotikos Logos, transl. by Edm. Keeley)
The Roussanou monastery (aka St. Barbara's) was built in c.1528 on an extremely precipitous rock formation (1,588 ft or 484 m high) with very limited space available on its plateau. The All Saints' monastery (aka Varlaam abbey, seen in the foreground, bottom, left) receives no direct sunlight; it was built in 1517-1518 on a 1,808 ft high (551 m) rock.
Meteora is the name of the group comprising many impressive and lofty rock formations: The height of the sandstone megaliths ranges between 1,000-2,067 ft (300-630 m). The rock masses were formed 60 million years ago, are geologically unique and listed in UNESCO world heritage sites. Monks have lived on Meteora since 9th century AD.
What would Lisbon be without its menagerie of elevators? Not quite sure where exactly I photographed that one.

I looked down from the 4th floor outdoor terrace at the Whitney and spotted this photographer taking photos of a model. Pure serendipity. Part of an outdoor installation at the Whitney Museum of American Art, NYC -- April 16, 2017

Leica M3, Ilford Delta 400. I shot this as a PR piece for a show inspired by William Burroughs. To add a bit of gender blurring, a woman played the part. I wanted the image to float up as though it was made of smoke.
It seems the more evidence that surfaces about Trumpās attempted coup following his 2020 election defeat, the more his followersā fervor builds.
Delusional disorder, previously called paranoid disorder, is a type of serious mental illness called a "psychosis" in which a person cannot tell what is real from what is imagined. The main feature of this disorder is the presence of delusions, which are unshakable beliefs in something untrue. People with delusional disorder experience non-bizarre delusions, which involve situations that could occur in real life, such as being followed, poisoned, deceived, conspired against, or loved from a distance. These delusions usually involve the misinterpretation of perceptions or experiences. In reality, however, the situations are either not true at all or highly exaggerated.
People with delusional disorder often can continue to socialize and function normally, apart from the subject of their delusion, and generally do not behave in an obviously odd or bizarre manner. This is unlike people with other psychotic disorders, who also might have delusions as a symptom of their disorder. In some cases, however, people with delusional disorder might become so preoccupied with their delusions that their lives are disrupted.

So, I've sort of gone back on something I said before. I have previously said that I didn't like formspring. But I've been perusing a couple lately and have to say that the drama of it all seems to have faded. Now it seems fun. I want a new way to connect with people, with anyone who might be reading this, to know you better and vice versa. So, if you will join me, I've made a formspring.
