Its been a day of pottering about really, went to my parents to clean and tidy then off to pick B up from school, rushing around to get her to swimming on time then home to make dinner, and I dont know how but I managed to make a toffee apple crumble, made with apples from the apple trees on our allotment.

The result is delicious soy milk. No more of those stupid containers that Allied Waste won't even recycle! And the soy beans to make this 3/4 liter cost 35 cents, even at Whole Paycheck. The only other ingredient is water.
