Got the shot but it's a bit blurry. I didn't know what This guy was until after the shot. Taken at the Primehook Wildlife Refuge in Delaware.
Leaving the cloud capital of the galaxy, a northbound Delaware & Hudson train approaches the Nowlan Road crossing in Binghamton, New York. On the point is a typical D&H dog’s breakfast lashup of U33C/RS11/RS3m/RS11, and a C424m out of sight. It was not unusual to plan a weekend in Binghamton based on clear forecasts, and encounter nothing but clouds upon arrival.

I call this a T signal for a good reason, it's shaped like one. DUH! Now T's in other states just use the double red balls. In Delaware, there will be a red ball and a red arrow that flashes. When the thru signal is green, the red arrows will flash and when the thru signal us red, the red ball will stay lit and not flash.

Looking down the Delaware River from the Mongaup Valley Management Area just south of Pond Eddy, NY.
The quartet of MLW's belch out exhaust as the engineer on DL PO-74 pulls forward while working Keystone Propane in Tobyhanna. The orange and black scheme on DL 3602 fits in well with the late fall scenery in the Poconos.
I spent a couple nights in Dover, Delaware and explored a good portion of Western Delaware Bay from Port Mahon down to Slaughter Beach. I spent a couple hours at this location along the Mispillion River right by the DuPont Nature Center photographing this sinking boat in the marsh under different light. I took this image in complete darkness with my flashlight to help guide me and help with focusing the boat. I light painted the foreground to bring out as much detail as possible in the marsh grass. Shot details- 106 second bulb mode exposure. ISO 400 43mm @ f/4

Captured while on the ferry from Cape May, NJ to Lewes, DE. After a dull start, the sunset last night exploded in the final minutes.
Delaware & Ulster S4 5106 rests between excursions at Arkville, NY back in the summer of 1987. 5106 still operates today, with sister unit 1012 acting as a parts source.

Delmarva Central's HA1 was getting its act together north of Clayton after NS K64 arrived.
The pair of SD40 rebuilds looked fantastic in the low winter sunlight as they prepared to roll home to Harrington.
The 3502 was built in 1969 for the Western Maryland Railway as their 7446 before being rebuilt as a SD40-3.
