Well, I waved goodbye to Sammy the Seal and started the trek up the cliffs. My jeans weighed about threee tonnes from the soaking i kindly received from a wave shortly before. Hangover also kicked in about here...used my camera as an excuse for a rest. Twas getting dark, could no longer see sammy. Caught the sea taking this deep breath and moved on up...
This could be a picture taken by the surveillance camera inside the coffee machine at work.
I am low on caffeine right now and the machine is malfunctioning.

A variation on my previous...I extracted a cracked texture from a very famous old painting, cloned out the power lines, and added more orange.

This one is going be very different.
As many of you know, my sister passed away this past April after a five year battle with ALS. This will be my first Christmas in 42 years without her. I know I'll get through this difficult time with the help of friends and family members but it's still going to be rough. I heard this song Saturday night on the radio and my brain couldn't help but think how much Karen would like it and I completely lost it and ended up crying off and on all night. Sigh.

I had been waiting ages to get up the tower again to take the daylight shot of the night time shot I'd previously done. The view is pretty much as in the original shot, although, of course, you can now identify most of what you can see - if you happen to know Norwich. I tried to process this in the same way too, but I couldn't quite be bothered to work it out, so this is probably as close at it gets. I took loads more from up here, but I won't bore myself with them.
