My best friend lives in England. We barely see each other anymore but when we do, it's like when we spent every day of every week together. We went to Kindergarten together all the way to High School. I love her to pieces!

Deb plays guitar. Most of her original songs got rejected from the upcoming album, but she and Channay started co-writing funk tracks that Channay sings lead on and Deb does harmonies with the others. Channay & Deb are the only two that play on every single track, as they have become the main writers/programmers.

We'll miss step circuit at Jazzercize, and we'll enjoy Body Sculpting. Curious what will come next?

This is another part of staying healthy and fit, along with low carb eating, FUN exercise with Jazzercise!

Since this photo was taken, Sophia Hubbard, a few months later, was featured and was a WINNER on the national TV show, "Be the Boss" - and now has her own Jazzercise Center in Florida, which is growing by leaps and bounds. She's FABULOUS!

I'm a regular Jazzerciser, and I still work out to a step class at the University of Michigan, the MHealthy program.

The science of this approach is best explained by Gary Taubes, a New York Times science writer, author of "Good Calories, Bad Calories." Recent science is also pointing to sugar and refined wheat flour being the true culprits of heart disease, due to inflammation.
