got the X-men set wen i was in france, and deadpool has to be my fav fig out of the set.... so i did this quick pic of him...
Deadpool is using Ryan Reynolds as an excuse to join the Justice League. That is, until he finds out that the JL doesn't pay.
Alright people, here it is! So I just got back from my screening and was it amazing, or was it another X-Men Origins: Wolverine? (Well if you follow me on Twitter you already know the answer to that) But who cares, let's get to the review!
Good: Guys, it's classic Deadpool, it's what we all wanted!!! All the marketing and all the trailers, it promised us something incredible and that's what we got! It was hilarious (I'm not going to spoil the jokes so you can experience them for yourself), it was action packed, and surprisingly, it had a great story and heartful moments! Seriously, I can't believe I found myself liking the love-story part of the movie! Oh man, the fourth wall breaks were amazing! Now there is a end credits scene in the movie that I would spoil but when I heard that there was a post credits scene I thought to myself that they should do this one thing, and that's exactly what they did and it's amazing! But I think my absolute favorite part of the movie was that hey made this movie feel that it was in the X-Men universe. Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead were amazing and I loved them a lot (I hear custom lego figures...) and their relationship with Deadpool was awesome! Incorporating those two characters really brought up the difference between PG-13 and R jokes which were hilarious. Also, the villains in this movie were alright, they weren't the greatest villains, but they never had a negative impact on me. Finally, one thing that was so cool in this movie is they really do an Arrow-type origin story by doing flashbacks to his origin, now it may sound weird but trust me, it works! Now I'm a sucker for these raunchy movies because I'm a big fan of Seth Rogen and Beavis and Butthead and stuff like that, so Deadpool was right up my alley!
Bad: I only have one complaint, and it's that this movie could be better with a bigger budget. Now the CGI was alright, it could've looked waaay better! But that's so small because everything else in this movie is great. But I bet they'll give him more of a budget for Deadpool 2!
Alright, so Deadpool is fucking amazing and one of the greatest comic book films of all time! Now I thought it would be in my top 5, but it was barely nudged out by Captain America: The Winter Soldier so it's my #6, so I'm going to give Deadpool a 9.9/10, that's right fuckers, I live on the edge. I will honestly be shocked if anyone finds this movie less than ok, this movie is an amazing time at the movies and if you haven't seen it, get on that shit now, son!

The first Deadpool was such an incredible surprise to both myself and audiences worldwide. I knew the film was going to be good by its stellar marketing but I had no idea how the levels of action, gut busting humor, and actual heart the film would reach. Flash forward two years later and Deadpool is back in theaters with new characters such as Cable, like he promised in the Ferris Bueller end credits of the first film. The marketing for this sequel has just been as on point as the first film and I was so excited to check this film out, but it couldn’t have come out at a worse time. Due to finals and some fucked up personal stuff, I wasn’t able to catch this film until Sunday, but none of that shit matters now because I’ve seen it now and I’m ready to share my thoughts for the second outing with the Merc with the Mouth! Let’s check it out!
Good: I believe the best thing about both this film and the last Deadpool film is Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. I said when I saw Deadpool the first time, but I’ll say it again: Ryan Reynolds IS Deadpool. He’s just as much Deadpool as Hugh Jackman IS Wolverine and Robert Downey Jr. IS Iron Man. I believe these are the top three actors that are irreplaceable from their characters. Reynolds just embodies Wade Wilson perfectly from how he is from the comics. There is a reason I always revisit the first Deadpool and will definitely revisit this film multiple times in the future, and that’s because I want to watch Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. My next favorite thing about Deadpool 2 is that it truly felt like a X-Men film. Sure, that may not sound like a compliment if you look at some of the past X-Men films, but Deadpool 2 does a better job than most of those films of capturing what an X-Men comic is like. This film felt like a Rob Liefeld comic ripped straight from the 90s. There are so many great secret characters, cameos, and moments that I don’t want to reveal in this review, but I will say that they were all awesome. What I can say is there’s a lot more Colossus in Deadpool 2 which was great and the relationship between him and Deadpool continues to flourish with some great moments between the two. Another returning character from the first film is Deadpool’s cab driver Dopinder, who had a much larger role in the film with a more hilarious character arc. Now those were my three favorite characters that appeared in the first film, sure there was Vanessa and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, but they didn’t really get that much to do in this film which was too bad, but at the same time understandable because the film had to introduce so many new characters as well. Speaking of new characters, let’s talk about Cable. Now I was a fan of Josh Brolin as Cable, he’s been a role this summer. I thought he did a fine job as Cable and he played off really well with Deadpool. I would say that I prefer him as Thanos, but this was never really a competition because in the end we all really win because Brolin gets to play two awesome Marvel characters really well! Another new addition to the film that I really wish we got more of is Zazie Beetz as Domino. Domino was such a refreshing take on the badass female character that I feel like most blockbusters these days tend to repeat. She was a total badass in this film because she was so laid back and care free when she was kicking ass because she knew her luck powers would prevent anything bad to her. She had a great brother/sister relationship with Deadpool in this film which I really liked, they played off each other perfectly and I want to see more of Domino in the future! Along with Domino we get the introduction to X-Force. I absolutely loved whenever X-Force was onscreen, they were hilarious and had a pretty badass moment as well, it gave me a lot of hope for that X-Force movie we keep hearing about! We also get Hunt for the Wilderpeople star Julian Dennison in this film and he was great, I’m so glad to see him in these bigger films because I loved him Wilderpeople so much. This last I’d like to mention is director David Leitch. As one of the two John Wick directors, the combat sequences are spectacular in this film. I don’t think any of the action sequences in this film matched that first action sequence in the first Deadpool, but the action in this film was in no way a downgrade!
Bad: The reason why I feel that Deadpool 2 doesn’t reach the excellence that the original does is because I feel like the script could’ve taken some more time to be developed and perfected like the last one. Understandably the first film was in development since 2008 so they had plenty of time to crack the perfect story for Deadpool, but I felt as if Deadpool 2 just needed a little more to become an incredible film. Now I’m not saying more in the scale of the action and budget, they had plenty of that. What I was really looking for a bit more character development from characters. Deadpool has the foundations for a great and creative arc in this film that’s also a very meta arc given what happened in a past Fox/Marvel film that he was trying to imitate, but that arc also ties into his relationship with Julian Dennison’s character, which I felt was a little empty. We also get some pretty 2-dimensional backstories for major characters such as Cable and Domino, and if they had more screen time, I believe it could’ve been fixed. The first act of Deadpool 2 felt pretty lacking to me, Cable and Domino don’t even show up in the first act and I feel like if they were introduced, a lot of the problems I had with the film would go away. Deadpool 2 also has a lot of plot holes that I found that relate to certain characters and their decisions that didn’t really gell with me either. Overall, I’d say my biggest complaint with Deadpool 2 is that at times it just felt pretty empty at times, which is odd given how well paced the first film is.
Overall, Deadpool 2 was a solid comicbook film with lots of humor and great action, but it was in no way the groundbreaking comicbook film that the first was, but nor was I expecting it to be. The first Deadpool had six years of development to perfect the script, whereas this film maybe had a year of pre-production and scripting, maybe less. I did have some problems with Deadpool 2, but they weren’t enough to hinder my enjoyment of the overall film. I came into this film wanting to see more of Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool is a bigger universe with more X-Men characters, and that’s exactly what I got, so consider me satisfied! For these reasons, I’m going to give Deadpool 2 a solid 8/10. Let me know what you thought of Deadpool 2 in the comments below!
Deadpool ended up in hell but since he's not stupid he took Wonder Woman with him. Because not even Kpiroto can handle an angry woman... 😅😂😘😍😋
"Hello, my name's Wade Wilson. I'm the Deadpool, the Merc with a Mouth."
"Are you going to introduce us?"
"Ya, where's our introduction?"
"Shut up! I'm getting to it... Where was I. Oh ya right. The guys in my head are Butthead and Beavis. I mean these guys are kinda like my conscience, except they are always on the same page as me. So pretty much, these guys are just a comic relief. So what do I do with my day? Glad you asked. I kill people for a living. People say I break the fourth wall a lot, but I think that it wasn't there in the beginning. With all my money I like to spend it on things that matter... like big cars and chimichangas! I love chimichangas, and pizza, and guns, and cars, and presents, and... and whole bunch of stuff I can't mention because of time restraints. And besides, most of you won't even read the description of this photo and just favorite and leave. Bunch of no-good-lousy-good-for-nothing losers!
So, I hope you enjoy this drawing of me by a guy who is completely lazy and only messes around with Lego all day. Hey, he ain't that bad, he kinda reminds me of me. In a toned down, less killy, and more wimpy version of me."
I hope you guys like this drawing. I worked really hard on it.
I also decided to write a little description to go along with it. (Mostly because I love DP so much.)
Fav Marvel character. :D
Disregard all of the blue that pops up on the sides.
Stupid background!

I just HAD to get this game after seeing the movie. I'm also seeing it again tonight so if you haven't seen it, you gotta!
Deathstroke has Deadpool in his sights! Can Deadpool turn the tables somehow? Or has he finally met his match?
The merc with the mouth gets in a fight with the law and not the normal kind either.
Deadpool and Green Lantern duke it out in various combat styles from Giant Robots to 80's Arcade games to plain old pie throwing.
If there's any one you don't mess with it's Wade Wilson.
