“Oh wow Rick, the Time Machine from the movie!”

“No Morty! This, this is ingenious! Thats not a time machine, it’s a LEGO kit. A LEGO kit that WASTES time! Now grab the wheel Morty, grandpa’s had too much to drink.”

What an excellent, satisfying build!

The action features work excellently, the details are on point and all three display options look great.

Awesome addition to the upscale cars. May have to do another shoot with this thing before it gets settled into a permanent display.

Which BttF film do you like the best?

"If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits 88 miles per hour, you're gonna see some serious shit."

from the moment i saw the final project i knew i was going to want to 'fix' the new Lego Cuuoo Back To The Future Delorean Time Machine (set #21103). After reading the reviews this week i was even more sure of it. There are several versions here and i'll go through the mods in the comments. I was able to make the roof 5 wide and get the doors to close in a satisfactory manner and be able to actually seat Marty & Doc (harder than it sounds)

I appreciate that this die cast of the DeLorean Time Machine comes with the "hook" attached to catch the 1.21 GigaWatts of electricity traveling down the cable from the lightning-struck clock tower,

In the Back to the Future franchise, the DeLorean time machine is a time travel device made by retrofitting a DMC DeLorean vehicle with a flux capacitor, which allows for time travel when the car accelerates to 88 miles per hour.

Destination Time: 23:3:25 (12 BBY)

Location: TK-687's house

TK-Doc: "687! You've got to come back with me!"

TK-687: "Huh?"

TK-Doc: "You know!"

TK-687: "No I don't know. Where did you just come from?"

TK-Doc: "The future! And you've got to come back with me.. to the future!"

TK-687: "Yeah, uh-huh, I'm going back inside from some bantha burgers. You want one?"

TK-Doc: "Argh.. just get in the damn car, kid."

Doc zaps 687 with a sleep-inducing alpha rhythm generator and drags him to the passenger's side.
