From the big DC Meetup March 14. What a blast. I had a blast meeting and hanging out with everyone. What fun.
Just got back from DC. Picked up (left to right): Otter Creek Brewing Company Russian Imperial Stout, Bluegrass Brewing Company Bourbon Barrel Stout. River Horse Hop Hazard Pale Ale, Blue Point Brewing Company Hoptical Illusion, Clay Pipe Brewing Company Hop-Ocalypse IPA, Stoudts Bottle Conditioned DIPA, Nectar Ales All Natural IPA anna Stone Russian Imperial Stout.
The National Town Meeting in Washington, D.C. is the premiere demand response and smart grid event in the United States. The Association for Demand Response + Smart Grid helps to bring together stakeholders from utilities, technology companies, ISOs, Congress, federal and state agencies, environmental groups, and research and consulting firms. The 2015 National Town Meeting was held in May at the National Press Club and the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC.

DC Break Free supporters including this three-year-old and his stuffed polar bear gather near the White House and march to the Lincoln Memorial to call on the Obama administration to stop offshore drilling on May 15, 2016. Speakers from the Arctic, Atlantic and Gulf Coast communities called on President Obama to build on his legacy as a climate champion by keeping the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans out of not just this 5-year plan but all future plans, and to end the treatment of the Gulf coast as a sacrifice zone by halting all new oil and gas leasing in the region.
