Sunday 25 July 2010. - Ramsgate Carnival, Starting and finishing at Royal Esplanade, Westcliff via the Harbour - Ramsgate, Thanet Kent, UK. - Children waiting at bus stop on way home from the carnival to Margate with an large inflatable lollypop. - Standing: Blaze age 4 and Skye 8, Front: Alexis 1, Michelle 3, Jamie 4, and Storm 11 months.
This was taken in a traffic mirror outside the National Rail Museum's main line viewing gallery. I am in there. ;)

I have no idea what occasion this was, only that my grandmother (Frances Green née Martin) is second from the right in the back row. It must be about 1950.
Today was my birthday and I had a day out in London with my friend Nicola. We had tickets for the Van Gogh Exhibtion at the RA.
This tree is decorated with buckets and spades and beach toys left behind at Lulworth Cove, Dorset, by visitors.
Looks lovely from the outside, but is merely a shell, the interior was destroyed by fire many years ago
