Modern dating in the post Branch Covidian Cult times is largely defined by two key rules - the 666 Rule and the 10 Percent Rule.
Why does it seem that more and more so-called 'single' women have grossly unrealistic expectations of men and appear to apply the '666 Rule' in all their might-lead-to-romance-and-intimacy activities due to the gamification of dating by online dating sites/apps and dating/relationships becoming 'transactional' plus other factors like feminism and narcissistic princess tendencies?
For those who don't know, the 666 Rule is:
- man must be at least 6 ft (180 cm) tall,
- man must have an ultra-fit/toned 6-pack body shape,
- man must have a 6" (150 mm) or larger erect penis,
- man must have at least a 6-figure income.
- man must have traveled overseas at least 6 times and/or to at least 6 different countries.
- man must work less than 6 days a week and be always available at least 6 nights a week for s3x.
You can easily add to this:
- man must have a 6-figure bank balance,
- man must have a house worth at least 6 figures that you own outright (not owing any money to a bank).
etc.
You quickly see which almost every guy cannot meet this ridiculous set of 'standards' and becomes 'invisible' to almost all single women (and non-single women looking to cheat) who by default rate themselves as a '10' almost universally.

Don't also forget the 10 Percent Rule. 8-) See below for explanation...
Online dating is exactly like applying for a job - the ten-percent rule applies... And with the ongoing Covid-19 p(l)andemic it adds another layer into the mix for 'vacci dating' preferences. So here is the modern version of 10 Percent Rule (for just a moment put aside the fact that a vast majority of dating site profiles are fakes):
- guy sends 10000000 introductory messages to 'women'
- 1000000 'women' might actually read them
- 100000 'women' might actually then go and explore the guy's profile
- 10000 are ok with the guy's covid vaccination status
- 1000 'women' might actually write back with a response
- 100 of those responses is positive showing genuine interest
- 10 of those women want to meet up for a date
- 1 date ends up becoming more.
So due to the Covid situation and the massively opposed views for and against the so-called 'vaccine' drugs for Covid-19 aka Sars-Cov-2, a guy has a 1 in 10 million (previously 1 in 1 million pre-covid) of actually finding 'the one'.
Pretty sad situation hey.
If we are 'switched on' to meeting people in real life (is that something that online dating is destroying?), the same basic thing applies.
It really is a 'lottery' with a '1 in 10 million' chance of discovering the 'right person'.

501 and JAJ were used to hold the chopped dates & nuts (the laborious part of the recipe). The snowflake spacesavers were perfect for transporting in my bike panniers to my dinner party and the red refrigerator was a little evening treat for Bruce - I always feel a bit sad leaving him out when I make something special to take somewhere else.

Chocolate-Date Pavé

8 1/2 oz / 250g dried dates (pitted and finely chopped (about 1 1/2
cups pitted and chopped))
2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate (or 1 1/4 bars 85% Green & Blacks Organic)
5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (I used most of a package of Coco Camino
semi-sweet chocolate chips)
1 cup whipping cream
1. Prepare dates & nuts. Rinse an 8" square pan with cold water.
Don't dry inside. Line pan with plastic wrap. (or skip the wet & wrap
and use parchment paper like I did) Set a large sieve over a bowl.
2. In a heavy pot, gently heat all the chocolate and the cream on low
heat, stirring until the chocolate is melted. DO NOT overcook or the
chocolate will turn grainy.
3. Add the dates and nuts to the pot. Mix well. If oil separates
from the chocolate, scrape the chocolate mixture into the prepared
sieve and let drain about 1 min, stirring once or twice to allow
excess oil to drip off. Only a thin layer of chocolate should come
through to the outside of the sieve. (I had no problem with separation
as I heated this very gently)
4. Scrape the chocolate mixture into the lined pan (if using sieve,
discard any oils in the bowl and the layer of chocolate on the outside
of the sieve. Use a spatula to gently press down surface of the pavé
until smooth. Cool to room temperature then chill until firm, several
hours or overnight.
5. Use a sharp knife to cut pavé into small squares. Keep chilled
until ready to serve. Makes 1 8" pan.

Remark: As early as 1876, John McQuiston owned all the land located along the east side of Flint Lake. Much of McQuiston's land was later sold to A. W. Lytle, and as early as 1895 the site was being referred to as Sheridan Beach. Edgewater Beach, located on the north shore of Flint Lake, was immediately adjacent to Sheridan Beach. The hotel at the beach was constructed in 1905; it was sold along with 47 acres of property to a retired manufacturer from Chicago name Sigmund Freund in 1906. Freund soon added running water and electricity to the resort. The resort was later purchased from Freund by the Kilmer-Fraiser Company on July 4, 1925, and the resort was renamed Blackhawk Beach Summer Resort. The resort was once again upgraded to include a roller skating facility, picnic grounds, a toboggan slide, and concession stands. The hotel was razed in 1957.
