screenshot of using this plugin - make sure you check the tick-box for any extra tables (on right) that have been added by plugins, otherwise you will only be backing up the WordPress default tables
remember it's optional - you don't have to back up spam karma logs for example - but if I lost my PodPress tables I would be totally hosed!

Photographs and illustrations that follow tweets, blogs, stories, reports on violence against women are just as important as the very texts about this social phenomenon. Images showing situations of violence, physical injuries, a crime scene or weapons used to commit violence, though they may attract attention, can cause survivors of violence to feel fear or anger, instead of encouragement. Often such images retraumatize women, reminding them of the violence they survived.
We can change this by using images that complement the message that violence is unacceptable, that it is a crime, and show solidarity with those exposed to violence.
Women, together with the United Nations Development Programme, the B92 Fund, and the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, have initiated the formation of a database of photographs and illustrations that responsibly and ethically present the problem of violence, its forms, and reactions to violence, and/or focus on empowering and showing solidarity with those exposed to violence. This database is available for free use to print media and media portals whose aim is to contribute to a better understanding and the prevention of violence against women through responsible reporting.
Terms of use:

The Sainte-Marie-du-Ménez-Hom chapel is a chapel located in Sainte-Marie-du-Ménez-Hom , commune of Plomodiern in Brittany , France .
The chapel and the enclosure
The chapel of Sainte-Marie-du-Ménez-Hom is a former chapel of the Templars ; its sacristy bears the strange name of “Chamber of red monks”, alluding to the color of the cross of the Templars. It served as a place of meeting and meditation for the Templars who stayed in the region. The legend says that between the chapel, the wayside crosses and the fountain there is a treasure 1 .
Towards the end of the Ancien Régime , the chapel of Sainte-Marie-du-Ménez-Hom was, with an estimated annual revenue of 1,700 pounds , the second in the Bishopric of Cornouaille for the amount of its revenue consisting essentially of offerings pilgrims, therefore probably the second most frequented Note 1 pilgrimage in the bishopric 2 .
Inmarch 1903, during a violent storm, the steeple of the chapel was struck by lightning and the roof partially collapsed 3 The chapel of Sainte-Marie-du-Ménez-Hom 4 has been listed as a historic monument sinceOctober 28, 19165 . In Breton it is called Ti ar Werc'hez (the House of the Virgin) as popular language called the chapels having the Virgin Mary as patron 6 . The chapel and its placître are located at the foot of the two peaks of the Ménez-Hom at an altitude of 193 meters, on the edge of the D 887, the old national road, an important east-west axis which was for a long time the main access axis to the Crozon peninsula .
The existence until the beginning of the 20th century of important fairs in this place explains the important collections of money which made it possible to build the chapel built between 1570 (a stone of the west gable bears this date) and 1773. This chapel which was preceded by a Romanesque chapel which has completely disappeared. Donations poured in, which explains the beauty of the building and the richness of the furnishings. In 1780, for example, in the role of decimes, Sainte-Marie-du-Ménez-Hom appeared for 26 pounds, well before other chapels in the region, which were nevertheless very well provided.
