As I walked along the road, above the canyon floor, I noticed how dynamic the low light was on the river... it seemed to just be illuminating the river and the canyon floor while leaving the canyon walls in a bit of shadow. So I set up shop, fired off some ultra-wide shots for the foreground and sky, and ended up with this vertorama!

When the head smooths its motion path the nominal laser intensity needs to be adjusted accordingly. It turns out a linear mapping is too aggressive so we started playing with a exponential one that can be adjusted for how much diminution is applied.

y=x^2*d+(1-d)

y ... dynamics factor

x ... slowdown percentage

d ... severity of diminution

for d = 0 the lasersaur runs at constant power

for d > 0.8 diminution is more aggresive than linear.

"Card 2.0® is a paper-thin, flexible computer platform in a payment card form factor. The device is designed to be as thin, flexible, and durable as a traditional payment card and last over three years on a single battery charge. The device includes a number of peripheral management circuits that are directed to power management, timing, and control. Accordingly, a number of peripherals may be added to the platform - such as buttons, to allow a user to enter information into the card, and displays, to allow users to receive information from the card."

Today was an excitement filled day! I got to have a play with non-newtonian fluid [basically corn flour suspension]. There was a genuine reason for this! I'm hoping to produce a scheme for my project [a music centre] where the shell of the building reacts to the sounds to produce a visual representation of the music.

Corn flour suspension, when gently played with has a liquid form, however more forceful actions cause cohesion between the particles. What this means is that if you put it on top of a speaker and resonate it at 80hz, it becomes a life like organic creature that responds to the sound! Very cool!

The General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine multirole fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics for the United States Air Force (USAF). Designed as an air superiority day fighter, it evolved into a successful all-weather multirole aircraft. Over 4,500 aircraft have been built since production was approved in 1976. Although no longer being purchased by the U.S. Air Force, improved versions are still being built for export customers. In 1993, General Dynamics sold its aircraft manufacturing business to the Lockheed Corporation

Bohol has one of the largest mangrove plantation. In duljo point, you can find vast mangrove sapling beside the beach, and overlooking some of the best islands comprising panglao. We were very excited to shoot during sundown, but light didn't cooperate much and clouds were all over the sky. In excitement, i rush to shoot fast moving low lying clouds just to add dynamism to these saplings. ..

Willard Martin (b. 1917) held various jobs before he was hired by Convair San Diego as a metal worker. For the next 30 years, Martin worked at Convair, eventually serving much of his career as the Operations General Supervisor, a task that involved supervising experiment department operations, engineering test lap support, model shop operations, mockup and wind tunnel support. In addition, he managed all instrumentation fabrication, installation and field support operations for the Cruise Missile Program and others. In 1976, he was elected by members of the National Management Association, General Dynamics Convair Chapter, as Director of Public Relations from 1976 to 1977.
