This abstract has been unfinished for months. It finally percolated to the get it done folder.

Peles Castle is a Neo-Renaissance castle in the Carpathian Mountains, near Sinaia, in Prahova County, Romania, on an existing medieval route linking Transylvania and Wallachia, built between 1873 and 1914. Its inauguration was held in 1883. It was constructed for King Carol I.

El castillo de Peles es un castillo Neo-Renacentista en las montañas de los Cárpatos, cerca de Sinaia, en el condado de Prahova, Rumania, en una ruta medieval existente que une Transilvania y Valaquia, construido entre 1873 y 1914. Su inauguración se celebró en 1883. Fue construido para el rey Carol I.
