This is the dress you are going to see on stage very soon, from many dancers! I'm already calling it THE DRESS! It's a gacha from the fabulous Chandra Meehan of Devious Minds and represents the Roaring Twenties! It's caused a huge kerfuffle among the dancers I know as we scrabbled to get complete sets of the various colours. We were busy swapping our spares and buying from each other on MP. It was really quite amusing.

Another dress that will go into my luggage when I head for the Keystone next week. It pairs so nicely with my denim jacket and feels wonderful
Probably my favourite skating dress. The really unusual shiny silver bodice and skirt is shot through with bright blue lines, and the sleeves are made of lace, but very stretchy and strong.
In my haste and excitement to take another photo I forgot to set the flash for this one, but I've tried to rescue the photo as it's such a special dress.

There was a time when I had almost no black in my wardrobe. My how things have changed!
A black day dress is the only kind of black dress I really need anymore. There’s no need for a going-out or work dress in any color for awhile.

This is a dress recommended for role-playing in a Roman sim, fantasy, etc. It also serves in a costume party.

Just thought I’d post one more from Friday, this dress was an auction buy from Ebay , it’s designer and to my relief fitted perfectly. I haven’t had time to dress for the past 2 days as I had to catch up with gardening, everything needed tidying. Hope to get more time to dress this week.

A very small, spooky abandoned place in Belgium. Not sure of the history but whoever lived here was a hoarder. We had to take it in twos as there was no room for four. It was cramped and quite a challenge to get anything decent I felt.

The dress and the shoes were bought in the morning before this session, so I was excited to try them out! The dress is a sleeveless ribbed tube, really nice to wear although a little warm for the weather - I found this shrug, which I'd forgotten, to hide my arms!
The shoes are high heeled but really easy to wear with the block heels - they're the ones second from left in the 'shoes collection' picture
Well this dress comes out about once a year, its a favourite of mine but goes way back. Here paired with Clio Derby stockings, pink stilettos and a black tie top. The nylons seemed appropriate for the occasion, it was Derby after all. 17th May 2019
My favorite dresses are dreamy, floaty and have an ethereal quality to them. I often admire the structured, the bejeweled and the regal, but I always come back to the dresses that really speak to me. The ones that make me want to put them on and run through a a field full of wildflowers singing! A bit kooky? Perhaps, but if you haven't dreamt about that exact thing before, you will right now.
Put on your red dress baby cause we're going out tonight That is the song and maybe this is the lovely lady who helped make it famous. My wife and I were heading up to formal night during our last cruise and she looked fabulous in her LRD , little red dress with a few touches of lipstick and a great smile to match she was ready to go. Dancing afterward is required. Isn't it romantic.
She actually gave me a red dress too but i kept that at home and put on my slacks, tie and suit coat. It was here turn to be the bell of the ball and she deserves it.
I've always loved this dress. I've kept it since my Mom gave it to me when I became a grownup. I've treasured it for ages, obviously.
My eldest granddaughter who is 19 y/o now, had worn it when she was a little girl.
It is time now to pass it over to my younger granddaughters.
I love to think that my beloved Mom's spirit is still with us, so alive with every stitch that she sewed with her blessed hands.
