An extract from an old magazine in the late 80's, here's one of the more iconic components of Main Street that make Dreamworld what it is today. Also worth nothing - John Longhurst was so insistent on getting his creation perfect that he commissioned a part of WDI (that's Walt Disney Imagineering for those of you playing at home) to develop exact replicas of the buildings found in Disneyland's Main street, fake top floors and all.
of course it is cleaner, but this is what the rough chunk of jasper looked like when I found it near Cox's (now The Santa Rosa) fishing camp, in an area I cannot get to, for now.
Some of the most rewarding moments during an excursion to the summit of Mount Etna in Sicily in the winter come with the views from the mountain onto the surrounding landscapes, especially when the sun is low or at and shortly after sunset. Many winter days are crystal clear, offering views spanning hundreds of kilometers of distance. On 10 January 2014 it was possible to see virtually all of the mountain ranges of Sicily, as the Nebrodi and Madonie mountains and all of the Aeolian Islands to the north. This view sweeps across Monte Altesina (1192 m), Monte Cammarata (1578 m) and Serra Leone (1346 m, Monti Sicani) - thanks to Fabio Cannavò for the details on individual peaks and their elevation

"The clover under your feet is shooting stars in the night.
The people under your feet are shooting stars in the night.
The people, all that you meet, they're living in a dream world."

I call this a "dreamscape" picture. It is a partly conscious partly unconscious, image from my imagination. It seems to have a meaning beyond what is simply depicted, but exactly what is not clear to me. I hope is that by looking at the image you will sense in it a "hidden meaning" of your own.
Please use my artwork freely in any way you choose, personally or commercially. Just post a comment to say how you have used it.
Whilst at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast , the sky looked fantastic and is framed by some amazing gumtrees in this photo.

"The Claw" ride at Dreamworld, Gold Coast, Australia. Swings 9 stories high at 75 km/h, while spinning 360 degrees, reaching zero gravity.
Image is a little noisy, partially on account of the average light.
This is the second Limited Edition offering from Coca-Cola Creations. The first one was Space Flavored but this one is Dream Flavored. Part of the appeal of this must be that the flavor is a surprise. If they had called this Mixed Berry Coke, perhaps they wouldn't sell as many.
I'll make a wild guess the next flavors are Coca-Cola Ambiance, Hugs and Fluffy.
